Our Leadership
Christopher Palinski
Christopher Palinski, founder and CEO of OnePath Career Partners holds an MBA from St. John Fisher College. A native of Rome, New York, Chris settled in the Rochester area after completing his undergraduate degree at St. John Fisher. Combining proven leadership skills honed as vice president of his undergraduate class with his interest in health care and passion for working with people’s careers, Chris launched OnePath Career Partners 2010 as one of the only locum tenens agencies in the area.
His personal philosophy of “less is more” that incorporates simple business concepts coupled with a keen sense of industry needs, enabled Chris to diversify the services OnePath Career Partners offers, which now include direct hire and temporary to direct hire, in addition to temporary staffing solutions. His dedication to excellence in all that he pursues earned him recognition as a Service Scholar and Bivona Award recipient. As a community partner, Chris is a champion of children and has actively supported the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children since 2003.
